Nothing makes you as “weak in the knees” quite like witnessing a triple-digit Tarpon inhaling your bait a few feet from the boat to be followed by breathtaking jumps and bicep-testing runs. What’s more is that Tarpon have no table value, which means that the Tarpon fishery is strictly Catch and Release.
